DASC MAIN CLUB GALAS 2017

The format of the DASC Main Club Galas for 2017 will be the same format as in 2016.
Swimmers from all squads are encouraged to take part in them.

Club Gala 4, 28 November 2017

The final club gala of 2017 will be held on Tuesday 28 November.
All DASC swimmers, including new members, are encouraged to enter some events they are eligible for.
The closing date for entries is 7.30pm on Tuesday 14 November.
This will be the last opportunity to score points for the 2017 Club Championship; the points scoring event is 100m Breaststroke.
The final events of the club gala will be the SKINS. See below for a list of the 8 qualifiers (plus 2 reserves) who are invited to participate in them. These SKINS events are not open to anybody else to compete in.
Club Gala 3, 19 Sep 2017
Congratulations to three swimmers on setting new club gala records:
- Hugo Douglas-Reeves in 25 m Freestyle for 8&unders breaking a record set in 1994
- Alex Boyer in 200m IM beating the Standard Time to set the first record in this event in 10&under age-group
- Daniel Boyer in 200m Backstroke beating the Standard Time to set the first record in this event in 13&14 age-group
The Club Championships Points Table is very close at the top of both the Men's and Women's table with one final gala still to go and points to be won in 100m Breaststroke event.
