Swimming At Dasc

Our swimming training starts from the ground zero, where we start with the basics. The point is to provide the clear and accurate understanding of the physics, body and fluids before we proceed to learning the techniques for swimming. The training starts in “shallow” pool where you can touch the ground with your feet. Once you learn and progress further, we move on into the deeper part of pool to learn floating and other advanced techniques like crawl, breaststroke and butterfly.
